I have really bad sleeping habits so I stay up all night, i don’t know whether to count the workout for ‘yesterday’(6) or ‘today’ (7)

Food Log:
1 baguette roll w/butter , 2 fried eggs 
Less than 1/2 of a full baguette, nutella
2 burgers: one regular, one double
    -cheese, mayo, lettuce, onions,top buns toasted with butter

Workout: 1 hour of blogilates
      -beginners workout(25)
      -full body workout(10)
      -pilates for weight loss(10)
      -call me maybe squat challenge(5)
      -what makes you bootyful challenge(5)
 [Ok 55 minutes….but this is roughly an estimate..I had to subtract the amount of time she talks and I’m not the best with ballparking]

The only way to expect any changes is to get off my lazy arse and make them happen. I’ve been sitting around for four days building up my blog and I’ve come to the realization that looking at girls in Hurley and Nike looking fierce isn’t going to make me any thinner. SO, as of today, I’m making the change. Two hours of blogilates a day, plus no more coke (the cola!). That is the first change. I keep this up for a week, survey progress, create new goals. That’s how it goes. The last time I weighed myself was in school for fitness gram and that was MONTHS ago, I was at 156. I may have gained maybe 10pounds, idek if I’ve gained any. Either way, I have five weeks to drop 15 pounds, leggo :)
